My daughter loves this secret diary, even though the voice recognition password doesn’t always work for her (think our Scottish accents could contribute towards this, unsure) it opens with the PIN. Great Vtech toy with lots of learning games to occupy her too and she loves Frozen 2 too.Not a great purchase, won’t reset so can’t change the code which my daughter put in and can’t remember. Didn’t recognise her voice so have had to turn voice recognition off.
